Please dispose of waste responsibly.

Household waste should be disposed of in the communal bins located throughout the estate.

Household bins must be stored discreetly, and rubbish bags should only be placed on the streets on designated collection days.

Please drive carefully –

The recommended speed limit is 20mph.

Please park considerately,

Especially near junctions, and avoid blocking the pavements.

SORN vehicles are not permitted to park in unallocated resident or visitor parking spaces.
