What is the next stage
Work will commence during the week of 28 September on the smaller section of path from Holmesdale Avenue up towards the middle pathway of the lagoon. Weather permitting, the tar and chip surface dressing may take place towards the end of that week or during the week following.Residents may have noted that some of the ironworks and covers remain slightly proud of the tarmac. The finishing tar and chip surface will resolve this, along with small, discrete sections along the pathways that will be completed as part of the final dressing stage.
When is the final phase of works
The finishing surface is planned for completion during Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th October. Just a reminder that during this phase, there will be some temporary access limitations to the front of properties alongside the pathways in scope, as always for exceptional needs please liaise with the contractor
