The Watercolour Management Company is managed by volunteers, voted for by residents
WATERCOLOUR DIRECTORS
The Management Company was initially comprised of members from Linden Homes, and was handed over to residents in April 2024. Currently, the Management Company is made up of a group of unpaid volunteer directors, comprising of house and flat owners who are elected from time to time by residents.

Members of the Management Company offer a variety of skills geared to running the estate.
There are currently 7 members on the Board.
