Watercolour Management Company Ltd - Board Update: A Message for the Festive Season

Dear Homeowners, The WCMC Board of Directors, including all recent, newly appointed Directors, had our first formal meeting in December. We immediately want to thank the residents who have shared messages of support; this collective spirit is vital for WCMC’s future.

Transparency & Planning for Action

We want to be transparent: the recent resignations came with no notice or substantive handover. As a result, the Board is currently tackling legacy matters, such as resolving historic financial records. Whilst there are a large number of matters and projects ongoing, before we complete 2025, we wanted to let you know about two priority areas of work underway:

• Pathway Safety & Survey: we are keen to address the pathways, specifically, the raised ironworks. To that end, Trinity will issue a brief survey to all homeowners asking for your preferences on the permanent solution: 1) full pathway Replacement or 2) Repair. Your feedback is crucial for informing the WCMC Board's next steps and future planning.
  

• Financial Stability: We are urgently working closely with our Managing Agent to secure all historical records and address outstanding financial discrepancies.
  

FIXFLO - Friendly Reminder on Reporting: To help streamline maintenance logging, we kindly remind all residents to sign up for the Trinity reporting portal, Fixflo (https://trinityestates.fixflo.com/Auth/Login). Using this facility is the most efficient way to communicate non-emergency issues. Thank you.
