Watercolour Management Company Ltd - An Update from the Board

Dear Members,
We'd like to share the January update from the WaterColour Management Board.
The Board continues to work with Trinity to resolve the historical accounts. The process of reconciling the accounts is complicated by the number of changes in Managing Agent that have occurred. The previous Managing Agent, SHW, has not provided certain critical information to Trinity, and this is now the subject of a formal complaint against SHW which has been made to the industry regulators, unfortunately resulting in continued delays. We will provide more information alongside the final 2026 Service Charge budget.
We continue to work on finalising the 2026 Service Charge budget. We are aware that you were previously told that we expected to issue the final budget in early January 2026. We are extremely sorry that we were unable to meet this deadline but will ensure that the budget is issued as quickly as we can.
The board are committed to ensuring services on the estate are good value for money and therefore will be reviewing all major contracts in the coming months. We want to encourage local businesses to work here, so if residents have recommendations please reach out through Trinity. For clarity, no retender of contracts have been commenced.
In communication before Christmas, we referred to a survey of owners in relation to the pathways. To ensure all options are considered some further options have been explored and we hope this will be out in the near future.
The board of Directors acknowledge your continued patience whilst we embed new processes. We are working on a communication strategy, and this will be shared when complete as part of our ongoing commitment to transparency.
As always please direct communication to Trinity via Michelle.Coates@trinityestates.com
Regards,
