MANAGEMENT COMPANY HANDOVER

The Watercolour Management Company LTD was initially established with members from Linden Homes. After years of committed service from volunteer residents, known as the 'shadowboard', the full responsibility for managing the Estate has now been handed over to residents, now referred to as the 'board'. This group of residents works on behalf of the community to maintain a high standard of living for all, while striving to keep the service charge as affordable as possible without compromising the quality of services provided.

The Management Company also supervises the activities of the Managing Agent, Trinity Estates, ensuring that the Estate is maintained to the highest possible standards.
